One Account Per Player

1. Acceptance of Terms

Void and Cancelled Bets

7. Prohibited Conduct & Fraud
The following actions constitute a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

- Multi-accounting — registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one ff9 account.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

Player-Initiated Closure

Self-Exclusion

- Accounts closed due to identity fraud or payment fraud: all balances are frozen pending investigation; funds may be withheld indefinitely if fraud is confirmed.
- Accounts closed due to money laundering or criminal activity: all balances are frozen and the matter may be escalated to relevant authorities in Bangladesh.
9. Limitation of Liability
The ff9 platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While ff9 makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted access to its services, ff9 does not warrant that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or periods of downtime. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to players in advance where possible.
Platform Availability
ff9 shall not be liable for any loss, inconvenience, or damage arising from planned or unplanned platform downtime, slow loading times resulting from mobile network conditions in Bangladesh, game provider outages, or any third-party service disruption beyond ff9's reasonable control.
Gambling Losses
